Self care is very important, if you don't take care of yourself, who would? But sadly, in a busy world, self-care usually takes a back seat. Do you give importance to self care? How do you ensure that self care is a regular part of your life? Why self-care actually matters?
 
I have realized that the self care is very important. A human brain should take care of themselves. Remember one should love themselves before others love them back.
 
Selfcare is essential for physical, spiritual emotional and mental wellbeing. I ensure I eat good food and engage in regular exercise for my physical wellbeing. Constantly learning new things and maintaining good social relationships do a lot for my mental health. Lastly, I remain positive no matter the situation I find myself in; this benefits me emotionally.
 
I make time for myself to have fun and it could be playing soccer or biking. I also make out time to go for different adventures with friends and family.

Have you ever tried mountain biking. I have never done it and might never dare to try it but I find this very fascinating.
 
I engage in regular exercise for my physical wellbeing.eat good food. I also learn new things and maintain good mental health.
 
I found in my early 20s that it's easy to get stuck in a rut and almost feel helpless to get out of once you're in that cycle.

So, I cut out sugars and started one step at a time. My goal was to run a marathon. Now, while I never ran a marathon, I got to the point where I could have if there ever was one scheduled at that time. But, my fitness goals changed. I figured I'd be skinny and weak if I kept running, so I changed it up and put on muscle. I can put on a 90-pound backpack and hump a marathon distance out, but I probably couldn't finish running a marathon in average times for my gender and age.

That said, exercise is my main outlet for self-care as it not only helps you physically but also has a mental impact to feel good all around.

I think it us very important that we cut sugar and salt. These are the two main main reasons for a lo of health issues. But sadly, it is quite impossible to do because all packaged foods contain salt and sugar. If you want to cut salt and sugar, you will have to cook your own food, which could mean grinding tomatoes to make soup instead of buying caned tomato puree.

There's a fine balance that everybody needs to maintain for homeostasis.

I sweat. A lot. So, I have to consume a bit more salt. And the reason I sweat – even heavier — is exercise, so I need a bit more sugar (the good kind) for physical energy.
 
I practice self-care by addressing the main problem in my life. Self-care is all about caring about each and every aspect if life. This could be related to financial conditions and health conditions. This could be also related to relationship problems in life. Addressing the main problem and finding the right solution is the key to having peace in your life.

Let me tell you this simple trick that has always worked for me. If I am having some concern, I always get it solved immediately. I also try to do things that gives me excitement such as going out to play with friends.

It's very good to take care of oneself. I try to have fun with my friends and this can elevate my mood states, and overall body function. .
