Because mine does lol, but with weedwacker string. You can throw it across the room, she'll go and get it, and bring it back to you. She's nuts.

The kitten we just took in is the first cat we have that will semi-play catch. Our others are disinterested in any toys.
We'll throw a little fluffy feather toy and she'll bring it back, but reluctantly give it back, and usually takes it to a spot to "kill" it before we can get it to toss it again.
