A lot of foreigners flock to India each year paying hefty sum to enroll in different meditation and Yoga programs. Their experiences leave them rejuvenated from within, connected to the Supreme and contented. The satisfaction of learning these practices, they say, is worth any price. They could easily watch You Tube videos and practice the same sitting in the comfort of their houses, but they believe it is a foreign culture and learning it first hand from the masters is the right way. Do you see meditation and Yoga as a foreign culture?

Yoga and meditation both are part of my culture. Patanjali is credited with yoga and it is believed that he lived in Nepal ( also also in Sri Linka and some parts of India) in around 4th-5th CE. Likewise, the Buddha is credited for popularizing meditation and he was born in my home country
