The use of ad blockers is very popular because of how ads are used by different websites as they intend to make money. Although, it's difficult for ad blocker to work when using apps that have ads on them.

I always use ad blockers on any website with ads that are too intrusive. It's very annoying using such sites. If I can't use ad blocker on the site, I will quit it permanently.

Yes, I sometimes use an ad blocker, especially on mobile browsers. It helps speed up browsing and reduces intrusive pop-ups, though I also try to support sites I value by disabling it occasionally.

For sites that I support. I also use the brave browser that blocks ads by default.

I don't use Ad blocker for any site because I have realized that sites need to generate recent from those ads. Having to block their ads while surfing their site is like I am cheating them. I would rather leave a site than use an ad blocker on the site.

When a site has minimal ads, i would never activate my ad blocker. But you see some sites, their ads are so intrusive. You are looking for information that is available on the site and you can't even get to it because of ads everywhere. I use my ad blocker on such sites.

I don't use ad blockers often because I understand the importance of ads to sites revenue. But whenever I want to minimize distractions on certain sites(mostly sites with annoying ads), I use ad blockers.

It’s not really cheating when some ad companies have malware ads and the creators aren’t aware that they’re running them.

Especially ad companies that aren’t necessarily Google adsense.

I’d rather keep my devices safe from malware than deal with them. Don’t get me wrong, I support creators by turning off ad block. But I will not disable it when a site is infested with them. It’s my choose to do so.

If they used better ad companies that aren’t serving up malware, then sure.

I mostly use Firefox and I don't have ad blocker on my Firefox. However, when I want to access sites without ads, I use Opera or Brave, these browsers have in built ad blocker. I am a publisher myself, therefore, I have no issue visiting sites with ads, my only problem is intrusive ads like pop up, pop under, and auto playing video ads.
