Do you stretch before climbing on treadmill?
No. I rarely do static stretching for my legs prior to getting on the treadmill.

I feel that a 3-5 minute brisk walk is enough to loosen up for a power walk (at an incline) or run.

I usually stretch afterwards, though, just as something to do to cool down.
