An average of 3 liters of daily water intake is recommended by health experts, with men having slightly more requirement than women. However, this also may vary with the weather conditions and activity levels. I realized that despite very hot summer, I am unable to drink as much water as I would like to. Are you drinking enough?
 
As much as I would like to say I am drinking enough water each day, I know I am not, and I do need to get better at drinking more water,r along with other drinks I also drink throughout the day.

I do have a litre bottle that I use and top up with bottled water. I tend to keep it on my desk to remind me, but just recently, I have been forgetting and need to get back into the habit.
