off-topic Are You a Morning or Night person?

For threads discussing subjects unrelated to the main forum topics.
I don't really have a preference but I do use the Pomodoro Technique to creates superior results for myself. I strongly advise everyone including daytime and nighttime workers to adopt it. Using the Pomodoro Technique means dedicating 25 minute work time followed by five minute break periods. The Pomodoro Technique stands as an outstanding technique that boosts user productivity while protecting against burnout regardless of their work hours.

I'm a total night owl! The hour of the dark brings me my best moments of creativity together with complete energy and productivity.

The less environmental noise produces superior mental focus along with peaceful relaxation as well. My appreciation for night-time work has grown after finding effective strategies to work efficiently through the nighttime.

I am neither a morning person or a night owl. I wake up at 7 AM and sleep by 11:50 PM.

I dont think it would be easy for me to either work in the early morning or in the late night. If I ever had to, I should be heavily incentivising myself to forego my sleep and schedule.

For now, i dont think I would be doing it for anything or any kind of incentive at all.

I have always been a morning person. When I was working I used to be in the shop by 5am each morning, six days a week. I haven't shaken the habit in the few years since we sold the business. I'm still up with the dawn chorus. Its the best time of the day, especially in the summer. Sitting outside with a cup of tea and my book before Michelle gets up and the kids (eventually) get up (when they are here) and the day begins.

Morning for me.

I'm up around 5:00 AM every morning. I want to enjoy the entire day, so I usually go to bed around 9 or 10. I get about 6 hours of sleep a night, which in reality is all that I need.

I used to work midnight. I couldn't sleep well in the day. Maybe an hour or two hours. It was really hard and I was never fully awake.

I couldn't do midnight shift again, but I was the lowest on the union totem pole and had no choice. I ended up taking a salary job to get days (and more money) and never looked back.
