From my experience, obsession isn't healthy in any relationship. It makes someone to be paranoid all the time over things which are not worth it. I had my experience with a girlfriend who was obsessed with me in my 2nd relationship. I had to end things quickly because she was chocking life out of my lungs.

I had a lady that always wanted to see me every blessed day. It was like her day wasn't always complete of seeing me didn't happen. And it was already affecting me because I had to leave work to come see her often. Being with a person that is obsessed about you is not easy.

It can be depressing when someone is too obsessed with you. Everything you do is under the microscope with them. If it's possible, you're going to be required to take a permission before breathing.

I don't think anyone has ever been too obsessed with me, not even my wife and kids. But I have a lot of people around me who absolutely love me

Yes, not once. I have seen the height and depth of obsession. This first man was so obsessed that he would fly across the world secretly just to click my pics, follow me and send them to me, always making me feel that he is watching me. He ended up in mental asylum with the obsession and I had felt guilty for a very long time of my life. Then there were others, but this other one had put on me satellite tracker (misusing his UN surveillance job)to track my whereabouts and suddenly appear out of nowhere right in front of me day and night! It was a nightmare!

I have had an obsessive lover a couple of times. And it is a big turn off for me. I don't expect a man to be clingy to a woman to the point of wanting to see the woman everyday. It reeks weakness for me. That guy would abandon his job just to come spend time with me in my shop.

Right now, there is a woman who is obsessed with me. I can see it in her eyes and actions but I just have to set boundaries and prioritize respect because I'm married.
