A lot of people take allergies lightly. There are those allergies that are minor and gets better with taking a simple anti-allergic medication. However, there are more serious allergic reactions that can be life-threatening and needs hospitalization and causes such fatal destruction of human body, that is beyond common man's imagination. There are people who are allergic to many vegetables and grains, are you allergic to anything?

The older I get, the worse my allergies get.

I bet I breath 80% versus 100% because of my constant allergies. I take Benadryl every night for my allergies just so I can sleep. Add allergies on top of GERD and IBS-C, and its pretty crappy most of the time.

I'm also really into hiking and biking outdoors. Right now everything is blooming and my allergies are going nuts but I keep at it and just deal with it.

I'm allergic to bees but I swell up internally. I swell up outside of my body and break out into hives. I do try to avoid bee stings if I can but I also respect them and try to let them live.

It is very difficult to manage allergies most especially when you engage yourself in so many outdoor activities. The best thing is to consult a doctor and look for a long term solution.
