The game centers around rapper 50 Cent, with players having the option to team up with one of three G-Unit members: Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, or DJ Whoo Kid, each skilled in unique combat techniques. The co-player can either be controlled by the game's AI or by another player in online co-op mode. Set in an unnamed Middle Eastern urban warzone, the story unfolds as 50 Cent and the G-Unit arrive to perform a rap concert. When the promoter, Anwar, fails to pay the promised $10 million in cash, he offers a diamond-and-pearl-encrusted human skull as collateral. However, the skull is soon stolen by a paramilitary group led by a terrorist named Kamal. Determined to retrieve what is rightfully theirs, 50 Cent and his chosen G-Unit partner embark on a relentless mission. Along the way, they uncover a threat even greater than Kamal. As the action unfolds, 50 Cent takes on Kamal, Anwar, and their forces, reclaiming his prized possession.
